Recruitment Procedure in Detail:

AMBA international developed a well-structured procedure to conduct the recruitment process. The steps have been explained bellow.

Demand Letter:

All these demand letters are duly attested by Bangladesh Missions working abroad. Information regarding Categories of workers, Salaries and other terms and conditions are clearly mentioned on the demand letters

To handle all procedure Power of Attorney and other necessary authorizing documents also remains on the demand letter.

Employment Contact:

For every event, Individual Employment Contract procedure need to be conducted. Thus the procedure also maintains with specific Form written in English. Following conditions are to be clearly stated on the form:

  • Name of the post.

  • Monthly Salary / Wages.

  • Duration of Contract.

  • Accommodation.

  • Local Transportation.

  • Traveling expenses after termination of contract.

  • Overtime allowance.

  • Medical Treatment.

  • Weekly & Annual Holidays.

The unspecified conditions shall be in accordance with the Labor Laws of the host country.

Consular Letter:

This letter is specially required if recruitment is for Saudi Arabia and require countries. The employer will mention in the letter appointment of us as their agent to act on Employers behalf to carry our all formalities regarding visa, the consular letter should have the visa number and date of its issuance in the letter. On completion of above formalities our part begins which is briefed below:

Obtain recruitment permission from concerned department.

Short Listing Candidates:

From the mass selection a short list is made selecting the quality ones.

Short-Listing:

After receiving the Demand Letter, Power of Attorney and other necessary documents we start publicity including publishing advertisements in the local newspaper. These events support to locate the most suitable and experienced personnel from the application. CVs are then collected from interested worker.

After these events, we scrutinize the CVs and select the best possible candidates strictly in accordance with the requirements of our principle. We also collect candidates from our various source while employer require recruiting them after screening and short listing the good candidates which make the final selection easy for you.

Psychometric Testing:

If the client requires, we conduct psychometric tests on the recruits to assess individual abilities, aptitude and personality which is essential for worker to adjust with their working Environment, Social and Climatic conditions.

Suitable Venue:

We arrange venue for conducting final interview according to job categories. Generally, it is organized in a trading center with state-of-the-art facilities. We always use the venue for all kinds workers interview.

Interview:

We prefer selection of candidates through the employer’s representatives. However, if we are entrusted with the responsibility, we can assure of proper and prompt selection in accordance with the employer’s specific requirements.

Our Guarantee:

Any person found unfit (excluding accident cases) shall be repatriated at our expense and charge incurred for the replacement of the same will be borne by us.

Mobilization of Work Force:

We mobilize the required work force as soon as possible upon receiving their N.O.C’s from the employer to employee’s work place

Agency Fees & Terms of Business:

Negotiable at the time of finalization of agreement

Trade Test:

Trade Tests are carried out, if required, for certain categories supervised by professionals/ instructors. AMBA international has an agreement with a government recognized technical institute whose facilities are always available.

Medical Tests:

The finally selected candidates are sent for medical examination to the appointed / authorized medical centers. Medically examined at the centers appointed by the of the employer’s country, or mutually selected medical center by employer & recruiting agent.

Visa Process:

After successfully completing of medical tests, we sent list of the fit workers to the employer for issuing group or individual visa. Upon issuing visa by employer recruiting agent need to submit passports for visa stamping to the Embassy of the employer’s country.

Manpower Clearance:

When we receive stamped passports from the Embassy its need to be gets manpower clearance from BMET by Bangladesh Government regarding immigration purpose. It’s also called as smart card.

Flight Schedule:

After receiving visa, manpower clearance we issue travel tickets. At next stage information about immigration clearance, flight schedule, departure detail, arrival date and time of the workers along with their name and passports numbers use to send to the employer. Therefore, employer manage necessary pre-arrangements to receive workers from the airport and bring them to the company’s accommodation facility.

Briefing before Departure:

As we need to fulfill the responsibility of providing basic orientation for traveling to foreign countries. The workers are informed about their duties and responsibilities and given first-hand information on work environment, rules, regulations, and social & cultural tradition of that country. Also we need to deliver the information & contact details about who will receive them sent by the employer/company at the airport on arrival.

Receiving Confirmation:

After receiving of all the workers according to the confirmed flight schedule was sent, the company representative send confirmation to our organization’s office located Bangladesh. Sometime workers take group pictures with the employer’s staffs at the airport after receiving.
